Monthly Fees

Our monthly Community Package of $65 includes valet trash, pest control, and select utility charges.
A separate Asset Protection Fee of $19/month gives you built-in liability insurance up to $300,000 —so you don’t need to shop for insurance.
That’s it—no hidden fees or confusing charges later.

Pet Fees

Pets enjoy pet friendly living at Regalia Bella Terra, including a pet park, dog wash station, and inviting community spaces.

Up to 2 pets per apartment, pre-approved by management
Non-refundable Pet Fee: $300 per pet
Refundable Pet Deposit: $200 per pet, returned upon move-out (subject to no pet-related damage)
